Pro-Bono Business Advisor to the executive of Guernsey Ports
Guernsey Ports is the States of Guernsey-owned trading asset operating and maintaining the Bailiwick of Guernsey's sea and air gateways across the islands together with the ship registry and Coastguard service. With annual revenues >£25m, Guernsey Ports is critical social infrastructure to the islands' economy with the mandate to ensure open, safe and secure points of transit for more than 1.5m passenger and vehicle movements per annum, together with all imported freight tonnage.

JamesCo750 is a States of Guernsey owned trading company that owns two 3500kT DWT NAABSA fuel tankships (Sarnia Cherie and Sarnia Liberty) and it is responsible for the management of their commercial charters under arm's-length contracts with ship operators that service Guernsey's fuel importers.

The Political ambition of the GDA is for it to be positioned as an independent, coordinating authority for the integrated development and enhancement of the island’s east coast over future decades.
The Agency will act as a bridge between various political committees and public service departments, connecting an awareness of relevant policies to the planning and delivery of complex future harbour and land-side infrastructure as well as master planning projects which will contribute to the island’s future economic and social success.
